Magearna is the lastest Event Pokémon available for the Nintnedo 3DS. This Generation VII legendary Steel/Fairy will fill a great niche in any Pokémon roster.
Stepping aside from the constant craze of Pokémon GO, the Nintendo 3DS Pokémon franchise continues to engage gamers with its frequent event–style Pokémon. For those that may be unfamiliar with the series, the franchise has been releasing special unique Pokémon characters that are only obtainable through timed events. The events vary between visiting your local GameStop, downloading from the internet via codes, and in this example, using a QR code and your Nintendo 3DS camera to download the character.

After starting the game, open your QR scanner from the Pokémon Sun/Moon, and scan the above code. This should net you your very own Magearna. Sicne this is a QR Event, it is not expected to expire and is valid for both Sun and Moon.
Magearna comes at LEvel 50 knowing Fleur Cannon, Flash Cannon, Helping Hand, and Lucky Chant, with the Soul-Heart ability and a Bottle Cap item.
