Wow. It’s not just that it’s three hundred pages, but that it’s three hundred gorgeous pages. Three hundred gorgeous pages, all of them written and illustrated by one person, Indian artist Abhishek Singh. It comes as no surprise, then, that Krishna: A Journey Within was a four year endeavor, an exercise in perseverance and sacrifice, but also in love and bliss.

Thbest of 2012

Now that we are officially in 2013, and to keep up with our ‘Best of 2012’ blogs, I wanted to take a look back at the video games and comic books that made 2012 so awesome.  In 2012, we saw some great video games, as well as some really big comic book events.  The Wii U was released, DC’s New 52 is now in full force, and Marvel NOW! has continued to throw out some really big titles.  Here is my breakdown of the ‘Best of 2012’:

In honor of the upcoming 100th issue of Invincible, the critically acclaimed superhero series by Robert Kirkman, I’m going to read it all for the first time. All of it. My journey will take me through hardcover collections, trade paperbacks, single issues, and more. My goal: to read and review the entire series before issue 100 drops in January.
